Terrence Covington (Durham, NC) is currently the Principal at Neal Middle School in Durham, NC. He is an Education Consultant and co-owner of NC ElevatED. 

Terrence has experience as Behavior Specialist, Child Mental Health Provider, High School Counselor and Assistant Principal. He has assisted in the implementation of School Improvement Grants. He also has been an ISS coordinator and worked with the Department of Juvenile Justice.
